Overview
The heat exchanger unit consists of a heat exchanger, circulation pump, water supply pump, valves, equipment base, filter, electrical control cabinet, instruments, etc., and can be equipped with automatic constant pressure water supply device, water treatment equipment, water tank, water pump frequency control, temperature control valve, remote communication control, etc., thus forming a complete intelligent heat exchange station. This unit is widely used in community centralized heating, central air conditioning, domestic water, enterprise production process water and other systems.
The integrated heat exchanger unit can be used for water-water exchange or steam-water exchange. Its working principle is: the secondary water is filtered to remove impurities, and then enters the heat exchanger through the circulation pump. After being heated by the primary steam or high-temperature water, it is used for heating. After the steam or high-temperature water enters the heat exchanger, it becomes condensate or low-temperature return water and returns to the heat source. The whole system carries out a primary and secondary heating loop cycle. The water supply pump injects softened water into the secondary system to maintain a constant system pressure.
