Main Features

1) Using our company's 5th generation patented product water softener planar integrated control valve (Patent No.: ZL 2015 2 1071186.6) as the core control, it has a high degree of automation and simple operation. The equipment uses a unique dedicated intelligent PLC controller to control the rotation of the multi-functional planar integrated valve gate chip to automatically switch work stations, such as water production, bed loosening, regeneration, replacement, and cleaning. No manual operation is required, and automatic operation continuously produces water.

2) The water softener planar integrated control valve is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant UPVC integral injection molding, with a pressure resistance of up to 0.8MPa. The valve body adopts a multi-layer planar combination and a floating planar seal. The ingenious and scientific design ensures the sealing of the valve body and improves the service life of the whole machine equipment. The valve body can be used for an average of 5 years without failure.

3) The water softener planar integrated control valve has a large processing flow rate, and the processing flow rate of a single unit can reach 200T/h, which is ahead of domestic and foreign products and fills the gap in the large-flow integrated control valve in the water softener industry at home and abroad.

4) The equipment adopts an optimized floating bed countercurrent regeneration process, combined with a unique in-column anti-layer disorder design, which can fully exert the working exchange capacity of the resin, has strong adaptability to water quality, stable effluent, and reduces the consumption of salt, water, and electricity.
