XMCJ series fully automatic ion exchange dealkalization equipment uses weakly acidic hydrogen-type cation exchange resin as filler. Because weakly acidic cation exchangers cannot decompose neutral salts but only react with weakly acidic salts (alkalinity), strong acid is not produced after exchange, and the product H₂CO₃ is easily decomposed into H₂O and free CO₂, and is removed from the equipment by the action of the CO₂ blowing machine. The treated water has the following characteristics: the pH value is neutral and no longer contains carbonate, bicarbonate, hydroxide, the alkalinity is reduced, and part of the hardness is eliminated. After the failure of the weakly acidic hydrogen ion exchanger, the weakly acidic cation resin is regenerated with 3-5% hydrochloric acid, and the system restores its working capacity.
