Product Introduction
The XMBG series bag filter is a new type of filtration system. It features a novel structure, small size, simple and flexible operation, energy efficiency, high efficiency, sealed operation, and strong versatility, making it a multi-purpose filtration device. Its advantages include high precision, large processing capacity, low cost, convenient and quick maintenance, complete specifications, and a wide range of applications.
Bag filters can be classified into single-bag and multi-bag types depending on the number of bags; and into side-inlet and top-inlet types depending on the location of the inlet port.
This filter is a pressure filtration device. Inside the filter, filter bags are supported by a metal basket. Liquid flows into the bag from the inlet pipe on the filter housing, is filtered through the bag, and flows out from the outlet. Impurities are intercepted in the filter bag. The filter bag can be cleaned or replaced and reused. Replacing the filter bag is quick and easy, and the filtration process has virtually no material consumption; filter specifications range from 2 to 4 bags, with inlet and outlet flange diameters of 3-18 inches, and a maximum single-unit flow rate of 90-1000 m2/h.
It is mainly used in the food, hygiene, and pharmaceutical industries; it is also suitable for situations where it is desirable to use the filter bags for a longer period before replacement.
